Don 2: The Chase Continues is an upcoming Hindi
directed by Farhan Akhtar. It is the sequel to the 2006 film,
Don: The Chase Begins Again, which itself is a remake of the 1978 film
Don. The film stars Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta, Boman Irani, Om Puri and Kunal Kapoor.
The most awaited sequel of Don: The Chase Begins Again, which is itself a remake of 1978 film of the same name, Don 2: The Chase Continues is all set for release on 23rd December 2011. Shahrukh Khan will reprise his role of Don as it was briefly shown that he survived the events of the first part. Along with Priyanka Chopra, Boman Irani and Om Puri will also return as Roma, Vardhaan and CBI officer Vishal Malik respectively. Kunal Kapoor and Lara Dutta will be the new entrant in the film and will be playing the role of Sameer Ali and Lara respectively whereas Hrithik Roshan will make a cameo appearance in the film.\
This movie will be produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani and will be directed by Farhan Akhtar who also stated that that this is the second part in the trilogy.
